Uploading Contact Lists

The Contacts module is a centralized space designed to manage, organize & import user data for communication and certificate issuance.
It is structured into several key sections, each serving a specific purpose in the contact management workflow.

  1. Add New Contact
    This section enables users to manually add individual contacts or bulk import multiple contacts using a CSV file. Users are required to input essential information. Additionally, users may define custom data fields using the “Add Variables” option. Upon completion, the user can either save the new contact or reset the form.
  2. All Contacts
    This subsection provides a comprehensive overview of all stored contacts. A dynamic table is presented, capable of displaying between 50 to 1000 entries with data columns.
  3. Lists
    The Lists section allows users to group contacts based on specific criteria or sources. Each entry within the list is displayed in a structured table with the given headers.
  4. Import Contacts
    This section facilitates the bulk import of contacts through a structured CSV format. It includes a step-by-step process along with tips to ensure a smooth data import experience.
  5. Import History
    The Import History section provides a detailed log of all past import activities. It features a sortable table with pagination (10 to 100 entries per page) along with other data columns.
