Profile Details #
Everything under Settings → Profile is visible to invitees on your public pages. Fill in your full name, a short role description, a profile photo, and a welcome message. Invitees who recognise the person they are meeting complete bookings at a noticeably higher rate, so a real photograph is worth adding.
Brand Colours and Logo #
Under Settings → Branding you can upload a logo and set the accent colour used for buttons, selected slots, and highlights on the booking page. Workspaces created under a MixCommerce organisation inherit the house palette by default:
| Token | Value | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Primary | #1C3988 | Headings, primary buttons |
| Accent | #488BFD | Selected slots, links |
| Surface | #F1F6FC | Page and card backgrounds |
| Success | #67C27C | Confirmation states |
Custom Booking Page Language #
Booking pages can be published in any of the supported interface languages. The setting controls system labels such as day names and button text. Your own event descriptions and questions are rendered exactly as you write them, so translate those manually if you serve a multilingual audience.
Removing MixCommerce Branding #
Paid workspaces can hide the “Powered by MixCalendar” footer from public pages and confirmation emails. The toggle sits at the bottom of the branding panel. Removing the footer does not change the domain shown in the address bar; that requires a custom domain, covered in the account section.
Previewing Changes #
Use the Preview button in the branding panel to open your live page in a new tab exactly as an invitee would see it. Preview sessions never create bookings and never consume slots, so it is safe to click through the whole flow.
