Editing a Template #
Open Settings → Email templates and select a message. Subject line and body are editable, with the same variable placeholders available as in workflows. Layout, logo, and accent colour follow your branding settings, so a template edit changes wording rather than design.
Reverting #
Each template has a Reset to default action that restores the original wording. Because customised templates do not automatically pick up improvements to the defaults, resetting occasionally is a reasonable way to adopt them.
Adding a Sending Domain #
By default, mail is sent from a MixCommerce address with your name in the display field. To send from your own domain, add it under Settings → Sending domain and publish the DNS records shown, which cover authentication and alignment. Verification usually completes within an hour of the records propagating.
Reply-To #
Regardless of sending domain, the reply-to address is set to the host so that invitee replies reach a person rather than a no-reply mailbox. Team event types can direct replies to a shared inbox instead.
Language and Localisation #
Templates can be maintained per supported language. The version matching the invitee’s booking page language is used, with a fallback to your workspace default when no translation exists.
Attachments #
Calendar attachments are added automatically. Additional static attachments, such as a preparation document, can be attached to workflow emails up to a total size limit of five megabytes per message.
