Creating Your Account #
Open https://mixcalendar.mixcommerce.co/signup and register with an email address and password, or use single sign-on with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn. Signing up with a provider account is the faster path because it establishes your identity and calendar connection in one step.
Choosing Your Booking Link #
Your booking link is the public address invitees will visit. During onboarding you are asked to claim a username, which becomes the first path segment of every page you publish.

Usernames may contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and must be between three and forty characters. They are unique across the platform, so short generic names are often taken. Changing a username later is possible from Settings → Profile, but every previously shared link stops resolving, so choose carefully.
Setting Your Time Zone #
MixCalendar suggests a time zone from your browser during onboarding. This value anchors every working hour you define. If you travel frequently, leave the default and rely on automatic invitee-side conversion rather than editing your working hours each trip.
Verifying Your Email #
A verification message is sent through the MixCommerce transactional mail service immediately after signup. Until you verify, booking pages stay in preview mode and confirmation emails are suppressed. If the message has not arrived within a few minutes, check spam and then use the Resend verification link on your dashboard.
The Guided Setup Checklist #
New accounts see a checklist on the dashboard covering the four steps that matter most: connect a calendar, set your working hours, publish an event type, and share your link. Completing all four typically takes under ten minutes and unlocks the analytics panel.
