What Do the Booking Analytics Reports Show?

1 min read

Headline Metrics #

  • Bookings created — confirmed bookings in the selected period.
  • Completion rate — the share of bookings that took place without cancellation or no-show.
  • Cancellation rate — cancellations as a proportion of bookings created.
  • No-show rate — bookings marked as no-show, dependent on hosts recording them consistently.
  • Page conversion — bookings divided by unique visits to your booking pages.

Breakdowns #

Every chart can be split by event type, host, or team, which is how you compare offers fairly. A low conversion rate on one event type beside a healthy rate on another usually points at the description, the price, or an availability window that is too narrow.

Time Slot Popularity #

A heatmap of booked slots by weekday and hour shows when demand actually falls. Teams frequently discover that a large share of bookings cluster in a few hours, which is a strong argument for widening availability precisely there rather than everywhere.

Date Ranges and Comparison #

Select any range and enable comparison to see the equivalent preceding period alongside it. Percentage changes are shown beside each headline metric.

Exporting #

Charts export as images for presentations, and the underlying data exports as CSV for analysis elsewhere. The API also exposes aggregated metrics if you would rather pull them into your own reporting stack.

Data Freshness #

Metrics update within a few minutes of a booking event. Page visit counts are deduplicated per visitor per day, so refreshing your own page repeatedly does not distort conversion.
