What Is Stored #
MixCalendar stores your account details, availability configuration, event type definitions, and booking records including invitee name, email, answers to your questions, and timestamps. From connected calendars it stores only busy periods needed for conflict detection, not the content of your existing events.
Transport and Storage #
All traffic to https://mixcalendar.mixcommerce.co/ is served over TLS. Provider access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed through the API or the interface.
Access Control #
Team roles determine what each member can see and change. Members access their own bookings and configuration; admins additionally manage team event types and membership; owners control billing. Delegated access can be granted narrowly so an assistant schedules on your behalf without editing your configuration.
Invitee Rights #
Invitees can request deletion of their booking data through the link included in confirmation emails. Deletion removes personal fields from the booking record while retaining an anonymised entry so that historical counts stay accurate.
Retention #
Booking records are retained for the period configured on your workspace, after which they are anonymised automatically. Export before the window closes if you need long-term records.
Consent Text #
A custom consent notice and a link to your own privacy policy can be added to booking pages under Settings → Privacy. Where you require explicit agreement, add a required checkbox as a booking question so the answer is stored with the booking.
